What is psychoanalytic therapy?
The psychoanalytic philosophy utilizes an intense investigation of one’s past, as it pertains to their present. As a greater sense of understanding, or insight, is developed, you may be able to and move past your problems and engage more fully within your relationships. As a psychoanalytic therapist, I view psychotherapy as a life changing process that everyone can benefit from.
I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship. The focus of our work together will be building a strong relationship where we can work together to understand one's concerns and work towards change.
